The Challenge
A multi-jurisdictional investment conglomerate and family office managing a complex portfolio of traditional, physical, and digital tokenised Real-World Assets (RWAs)—including precious metals SPVs and a European real estate footprint of approximately 380 properties—required comprehensive operational and financial alignment across five separate nations.
Our Intervention
Led the financial harmonisation of the group's global asset ecosystem. We architected and deployed a sophisticated 5-layer Global Chart of Accounts within a centralized ERP to seamlessly bridge local statutory frameworks across Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and the UAE with unified IFRS management accounts. Additionally, we engineered cross-border treasury policies to handle liquidity and intercompany loan facilities, developed post-closing joint-venture governance matrices, and formulated a rapid Master Data Strategy to integrate newly acquired SPVs.
The Impact
Achieved total operational alignment and visibility across passive and active controlled subsidiaries for the executive board. Successfully mitigated European CFC tax exposures and completely resolved outstanding Federal Tax Authority (FTA) penalty assessments and portal disputes in the UAE.

Formulated comprehensive 10-year Precinct Development Strategies (portfolio value up to R40 billion) and designed an infrastructure category wave plan valued at ±R5 billion. We took charge of the strategic planning, demand forecasting, spend profiling, and end-to-end contract governance from inception to completion.
The Impact

We utilized IDEF0 functional modeling to map and re-engineer individual business processes from the ground up.
